By now, most everyone has a mental image of what life in Gotham is like. But what they don't know is what life is like in Gotham's high schools.
Under the watchful eye of Principal James Gordon and Vice Principal Harvey Bullock, the students flourish in a typical manner. You've got your jocks, your preps, your social climbers, your activists, your geeks, and your class clowns. Life here is pretty average. Except here, instead of just worrying about grades and who's going to win next week's football game, you have to worry about that suspicious smell coming from the Janitor's office, and if you don't watch your back, that "harmless" prank may just have some fatal consequences.
School is just about to start at Gotham Heights High, and this semester boasts the welcome of many new students. Amongst them is senior Bruce Wayne, returning to Gotham after many years at boarding school following the death of his parents. Good luck, students, and may you have a successful and safe year ahead at Gotham Heights High.
Okay. Got that? Good. Now, in plain terms, GHH is an AU Batman site set in high school. No one has any powers or any cool costumes yet, but they just may get there eventually. For the most part, everyone's a student, or a teacher, who may happen to be causing trouble around the school in a manner similar to their Comic Counter Part. Think... X-Men Evolution meets Buffy the Vampire Slayer. We're not looking to follow any timelines or anything, just to have fun and put these characters in a situation they're rarely seen in.
