Alex doesn’t show much love to her friends, it’s not that she doesn’t love them or like them it’s just that Bruce taught her how to mask her feelings. When she is out as Alex Wayne she is kind and playful makes friends easily though when her Batgirl persona takes over Alex becomes more like Bruce. She is protective of Gotham City and her teammates she’d do whatever it takes to protect both of these things and her team mates/friends know this sometimes they don’t need to be told. Though Alex is playful and more laid back with her friends so I’d expect her to have quite a few of these.

Even if you’re a hero who kills Alex won’t like you and it’ll take a lot to change her opinion of you once she’s made up her mind she’s stubborn that way. Obviously being Batgirl she’s not going to be the most popular person in Gotham, and neither in San Francisco being the leader of the Teen Titans. Naturally she’ll have an extensive list of enemies, but her job as Batgirl would be boring with out them.
